BlueBuck Research was born out of frustration. As quant traders and technical founders, we hired agencies to build our internal tools. We got account managers, bloated scoping phases, and junior devs learning on our dime. So we built the engineering team we wished we could have hired.

Founded in 2022, BlueBuck Research began as a boutique collective of senior engineers and data scientists with roots in quantitative trading and AI research. Frustrated by the gap between cutting-edge research and practical engineering, we set out to prove that deep technical work could move at startup speed.
Today, we are a 12-engineer studio trusted by growth-stage companies in the US, UK, Singapore, Dubai, and India — specialising in AI/ML systems, data engineering, and custom software built to last.
